How to arrange an Au Pair
for the USA
  1. You submit the application form.
  2. When we receive it we will ask you to send us a family photo by email. We will send you a reference form to be completed by a church leader.
  3. You return it with $50 non-refundable deposit.
  4.  We recommend a suitable candidate.  The speed at which we can work depends on demand and your own particular needs. We look to match the right person into your family with similar interests or church background to yourselves.
  5. We email details of relevant girls to you. If you are initially interested you may telephone the au pair or email.  The au pair will not be offered to another family during this period of time.  It is important at this stage to communicate with the agency to give your impressions and feelings about the Au Pair. If you are not happy another may be offered immediately to you.
  6. We interview the girl personally and gather all her references and check out her suitability for the program. We work in conjunction with CHI agency, in the USA.
  7. Once we have matched you with a born-again Christian girl you will register with Cultural Homestay International and they will take care of the paperwork from your end. We take care of the paperwork for the au pair and also register her with  CHI.
  8. You pay us a further $75 when you are happy with the girl you have chosen. There is no further cost to ourselves. All the rest of the financial arrangements will be through CHI.
  9. In case of early termination (by either party) the Agency will endeavour to offer an alternative Au Pair that is available at that time.
  10. We are on the end of a phone or email at any time in the arrangement to provide advice or support for you or the girl.

These are our Business Terms and Conditions. It is how we work and what we expect to make a successful arrangement between family and au pair. Our agency provides an introduction and whilst we make every reasonable effort to verify the integrity and suitability of an au pair we cannot be held responsible for any dishonest or malicious act by the au pair nor be held responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by the Au Pair. We are a Christian based Agency bringing Christian girls and boys from various countries   placing them into Christian families in the UK. We uphold strong Christian values and principles and trust the sincerity and honesty of both parties in providing truthful and accurate information at all times. Please remember that the Au Pair is engaged by the family not the Agency and cannot be liable under any circumstances for any damage or expense incurred by the family or Au pair, prior to, during or subsequent to the engagement of an au pair.
