You will give her a timetable and the total number of hours you expect her to work. Traditionally her work is at least 60% child related, so any variation on this needs to be discussed and agreed in advance.  She should not be asked to mow the lawn, do gardening, clean cars either inside or out or to clean outside windows, except by prior agreement.

You will provide her with:

A private room of their own.

Food for every meal time (even if the family are not eating).

Extra pay for extra baby-sitting duties that might be required.

A Bible.

A bed and a warm supply of bedding.

Units for storage of personal items.

Alarm clock to wake in the morning.

Mirror and Sidelight.

A welcoming letter from the family.

Waste paper bin.

Personal towel and face cloth / a bar of soap.

A file with weekly plan of daily duties / menus and useful household tips. e.g. Where to find cleaning agents and cloths etc

Maps of the local area and nearest city or town.

Train and bus times and local stopping places or use of car.

Local places of interest to visit.

Local church venues and meeting time.

You will pay her $120 per week or more depending on the location, and she will get free lodgings and meals.
